Wasn’t what I was hoping for. Paid a pretty large price to stay here, and it wasn’t a large price hotel. Front desk staff was friendly. Floors were sticky not only in the room, but at the breakfast area too. Water in the shower never got beyond warm. Good thing we had dinner plans, because when we first got to the room it was 62 degrees. We would have been frozen waiting on it to warm up if we didn’t have to leave. Did appreciate the nice Dove shower amenities and the grab and go bag options for breakfast. Overall, probably won’t stay here again unless there is no other option.

From the moment we walked in we knew this hotel was worth the cost. We have stayed in multiple hotels riddled with issues, but this stay was perfect. The staff was very friendly and informative, the hotel smelled nice and was clean. Our room was clean and comfortable. The beds were very soft and plenty of blankets and pillows were available. The bathrooms provide their own dove shampoos and body washes which was something i have never experienced before. 100% recommended staying at this location if you are staying in Burlington. The pool was warm, clean, and the hot tub was the same.

The room had electrical issues that could not be resolved. I like HI hotels and would stay with them again but this stay was unfortunately poor.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was ready clean and comfortable. We were in a room that completely ADA wheelchair compliant. Great job.

Overall, happy with my stay. A couple odd things that stuck out were Parking was pretty limited & my room was very humid. Everything felt damp & even my Birkenstock sandals were damp the next morning. Staff seemed nice overall.

Not clean Room.
Bed sheets were clean but Room was Dusty all around.
drawer were dirty outside so dont even want to OPEN IT.
Headboard on beds have marks from other guests heads,you can see IT.
There was hair behind the door on bathroom floor.
Room need nice AND good deep cleaning..

This is a very nice clean hotel. There are plenty of people working so there was always someone available to help with any issues we had. The pool was nice and clean and so was the hot tub. Breakfast was very good and had a large variety of items. The beds are comfortable and the room was pretty clean except for hair on the bathroom floor when we arrived.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean but a little tired, ceiling was peeling in one of our rooms, and there was a loud annoying buzzing both bathrooms. Thought at first it was a stuck exhaust fan, but could have been the lights? Also their key card system had some issues .
Although there were a lot of guests the common areas were clean and quiet and there was plenty of parking. Lots of restaurants and shopping In the area. We used to live in the area and we were back visiting family and enjoyed our stay.
